205 notes February 26, 2012 potterwholock: No. Friends protect people. #John knows that better than anyone. He had been alone. He had felt the loneliness and despair eating him up from the inside. #But then came Sherlock, then came a friend. Somebody that had the ability to stop the pain, stop the endless pit of hatred and loneliness. #And then Sherlock says that being alone is what protects him. That he’s better off without John. That loneliness is all he has, and that the friendship that John values so much means nothing to Sherlock. #The next time John sees him, Sherlock is jumping off a building. #And slowly, the loneliness sinks back in. The empty hole is back. Not to protect John, but to destroy him. Filed under i made this sherlock john bbc sherlock benedict cumberbatch john watson CREYS
