It’s just sort of a fandom joke… Sherlock is always making fun of Mycroft’s yoyo-ing weight and his diets, so the entire cake thing stemmed from that. Silly, isn’t it?

What is the significance of Vatican Cameos?

It’s a phrase that Sherlock and John took from a previous case. Obviously it translates to either “get down” or “look out.” In the canon, Vatican Cameos is an actual case. 

Who is Seb/Sebastian/Moran?

Based on the canon, he is Moriarty’s right hand man/sniper.

Based on the fandom, he is Moriarty’s best friend/fuck buddy/soul mate.

Where does the whole thing with Sherlock getting the milk come from?

I think it comes from The Great Game, when Sherlock says he’ll get the milk as John is leaving the flat toward the end. John is basically astonished that he would offer to do it. The fandom has sort of run with that.

How do you think Sherlock survived the fall?

My thoughts on it are constantly changing, to be honest. I really have no idea, and I don’t believe that I will find out before the third series premieres.
